4.Use mouthwash at least twice daily. This will keep your breath smelling fresh and your mouth feeling clean.
5.Go to the dentist at least once a year to get a check up. Getting your teeth cleaned by a dentist is a great way to take care of your teeth. Also, you shouldn’t hesitate to go to the dentist’s office if you have a toothache.
6.Check your own teeth for signs of gum disease. Swollen red gums, sensitivity of the gums and gums that bleed while you brush your teeth are all signs of gum disease.
